A non-attendance fee of $20 may be charged where an appointment is missed without 24 hours notice.
About ACC
If your injury has been caused by an accident you can fill out an ACC form with us at your first visit. Once this has been accepted by ACC, the resulting subsidy will cover part of your Physiotherapy treatment cost. An accident is defined as a event in which the application of an external force causes an injury that has occurred at a particular time and place. This may have been at home or a work, during your leisure time or while playing sport.
